In situations where a logo, graphic, map or text is to small to rout or requires multiple colors we can provide a graphic inlay.

Digital Printed Graphics

Our digital printed graphics are printed on exterior vinyl.
They offer UV protection and are outdoor weatherable.
Life span of 5-7 years.
Clear lexan may go over the logo to protect it from vandalism.
Prices vary upon size, shape, detail and quantity.

Laser Engraved Graphics

A Reverse Laser Engravable graphic has a clear non-glare finish over a layer of color. The back of the material is lasered away allowing for colors to be painted in and to be visible from the front of the graphic.
Front Engravable graphics are front engraved and are only available in 2 color combinations. The front color is lasered away exposing the back color.
All lasered graphics must be smaller then 24" x 18".
Lasered graphics are made out of plastic and are UV Stable and Outdoor Weatherable.

Lexan Graphics

If you have a simple graphic or object to add to your sign, it can be done with vinyl and lexan. The lexan is cut to shape and vinyl colors are applied.
This application works best for very simple logos with just a few colors.

Art Guidelines

Digital Graphics

All artwork submitted for Digital Graphic Prints must be in the format of a high-resolution tiff or jpeg file in CMYK format if applicable. Vector artwork such as an ai or eps from Adobe Illustrator is accepted. Please convert all fonts to curves and strokes to outlines. We may require you to save the ai or eps file back to Adobe Illustrator version 3 (Not CS3). Please specify any pantone colors if necessary.
Artwork may be subject to a one time set up fee.

Routed Art

If you would like your logo or graphic to be routed into a sign, please follow the following requirements.

All artwork submitted for a routed sign must be in its original vector format with fonts converted to curves and strokes to outlines.
We may require you to save the ai or eps file back to Adobe Illustrator version 3 (Not CS3). If art is only available in raster format we may be able to recreate the artwork for you at a rate of $65 per hour. Please check with any companies that may have your original artwork or printed your artwork on any media. They might be able to save you time by sending the correct format of artwork to you.
Artwork may be subject to a one time set up fee for routing purposes.

Laser Engraved Art

If you would like your logo or graphic to be laser engraved into a sign, please follow the following requirements.

All artwork submitted for laser engraved signs must be converted into black and white format. Vector art works the best, however some raster images in high quality are laser engravable.
Artwork may be subject to a one time set up fee for engraving purposes.

Unacceptable Artwork

Please do not try to take photos or images off the web in a gif format and try to save them as a tiff. You cannot take a low resolution file and make it into a higher resolution file just by changing the file name! Raster images cannot be scaled up in size. They become pixalated.

Any ms word, pdf, bmp, or low resolution files are subject to art fees.
Sign projects and quotes may take longer depending on your ability to get acceptable art files!

Vector graphics is the use of points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygon(s), to represent images in computer graphics. ( Wikipedia ) Think of  vector art as “connect the dots” with curves and lines. These files can be scaled to enormous sizes and not lose any detail.
What is Raster Art? In computer graphics, a raster graphics image is a data structure representing a generally rectangular grid of pixels, or points of color. ( Wikipedia)
Raster is photoshop, tiff, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, raw and so on.
