U.S. Forest Service Signs
Wood Product Signs has been making signs for the U.S. Forest Service for over 20 years. All U.S. Forest Service signs that we manufacture are in strict compliance with the most current standards and guidelines. We specialize in computer routed signs made out of recycled plastic, western red cedar, MDO plywood and oak. We also provide reflective HDO plywood and aluminum signage.
Standard and custom U.S.F.S. signs are offered in ¾” routed recycled plastic brown-yellow cream-brown. Our yellow cream color is #23695 and is sized at 5' x 10' to meet the requirements of many U.S. Forest Service Sign sizes with no splicing. (See page 14-7 and 14- 8 in your U.S. Forest Service Sign and Poster Guidelines manual EM-7100-15.) Recycled plastic is a cost effective material that will save purchasers money over time by lowering long-term maintenance and replacement costs. While recycled plastic is our most popular sign material, wood signs are always available. Depending on the type of sign you are ordering, choose from routed western red cedar, routed oak, routed MDO plywood or reflective HDO plywood.
Our unfinished MDO plywood signs are available at a reduced cost and a faster turnaround time for you or your work crew to paint.
Custom signs are our specialty. Let us know the content you would like on your sign and we will design it for you. All orders will be confirmed with a proof sent by email or fax. Your signature will be required before we start production.
